Q: What is VECL? What does it do now and what will it do following the completion of the issue? A: VECL is an equity investment company. It will be seeking investment opportunities in Vietnam through listed and unlisted securities, including purchase of Pre-IPO shares of state owned enterprises which has been privatized. It will also make equity investments in property development companies. Currently, the Company does not have any investments, but is evaluating a number of potential investments. Following the completion of the issue the Company will make investments in these discussed opportunities.
